Health Care Management, Inc. (HCM) provides professional, licensed nursing care and rehabilitative therapy services in twenty locations throughout the United States.
To assist in managing their various facilities from a central location in Mississippi, Synergetics worked with office staff to develop a series of reports that enable a variety of functionalities.
Each of the reports interfaces with their facility management software via SQL Server:
Each of these reports was deployed in a secure intranet environment, so that client data was kept hidden from unauthorized users (even within HCM’s own network).
Prior to these reports, office staff was required to manually track changes, requiring many hours of extra work per week. Now, reports can be run with a couple of mouse-clicks and sent to the appropriate administrators for review, saving HCM time and significantly reducing the number of human errors.
